Art to organize some particular events, such as music concerts,
shows, exhibitions or other kinds of group activity which may be exalted
by our genuine food.
La Schezza presents a wide range of cooking proposals: you may choose
the Authentic Tuscan Cookery or you may appreciate the Old Tuscan Cookery;
and if you please, you may also ask for the Vegetarian
Cookery.
Vegetables, olive-oil, wine, poultry, swine and bovine meat are produced
in our family-run farm; Mamma Luisa's cooking experience can turn this
genuine products into tasty meals to be offered to our farmhouse guests.

This is the typical Tuscan cookery and, above all, the most famous and appreciated gastronomy in the world. The main virtues of this kind of cooking are represented by special dishes like soups, oven roasted meat, game (wild boar or roe deer) and the so-called 'ribollita'.
Vegetables, meat, bread and olive-oil are wisely used to prepare sober, delicious and genuine meals which give you back all flavours of true Tuscany.
